A December flight over the Jeremiah Morrow Bridge affectionately named “Martha’s Bridge” after a local aviator who, it’s rumored, flew under the bridge in celebration of her 80th birthday. Should she have done it? No. Should we do it? Absolutely not. But the fact that she’s currently working her way back through her licensing to keep flying is inspiring, if not #badass .
